Character. Location. Personality. Everything.

This charming home on Virginia Avenue wasn't renovated for a quick buck. We renovated this home with heart. We hope this house is filled with love and laughter for years to come. We chose high-quality finishes throughout because our goal is to create homes that we ourselves would be proud to live in, proud to share with our friends and families. We chose this home to bring back to life because the first time we walked into it, we felt at peace. We hope you will, too.

Custom cabinetry by Lignum Cabinets and Woodworking. We chose to work with Grant in making these cabinets because his materials are all compliant with California standards - which means they are made without formaldehyde or any other harmful chemicals. The materials are safe, durable, and his attention to detail is perfect.

The bathrooms were designed with a unique yet neutral tile to combine modern updates with the historic charm already present! The bathtub is original (resurfaced) and perfect for those deep, long bubble baths at the end of a rough day.

Life's good in central Phoenix.

Your home on Virginia Avenue is just east of the 51- merely a few blocks from the lovely Coronado Historic neighborhood without the hefty cost of living! Some local favorites: Dig It Nursery, Ollie Vaughn's for coffee, breakfast, and lunch, and Lizabel's for cool antique finds.
